PIPS (Best Value) Learning Center

What is PIPS?

PIPS stands for Performance Information Procurement System. PIPS is amethod used in Best Value Procurement. The definition of "Best Value" is predetermined in a proposal solicitation to include a combination of quality, price, past performance and other elements necessary for a project. CPPM uses the PIPS (Best Value) method as a standard method of procurement to increase performance and efficiency at the University. Click here for more information.
