The following table provides a starting point for some of the key process steps and timelines. The co-chairs of the work teams will work with the professional staff to develop a detailed work plan for their team.

  • Master Planning Kick off Orientation
  • Convene Work Teams
  • Initial review of work plan
 
Spring – Summer 2007
Phase I of work
  • Explore issues
  • Consult with stakeholders
  • Refine work plans
  • Review revised charge and work plan with steering committee
 
Late April 2007
  • Campus-wide Open Forums
 
Summer 2007
  • Staff team coordinates work of teams, ensures appropriate linkages
 
Fall 2007 – Spring 2008
  • Implement revised charge and phase II of work plan
 
Spring – Summer 2008
  • Steering Committee pulls work of the teams together into draft update.
 
Spring 2008
  • Campus-wide Open Forums
 
Early Fall 2008
  • Final consultation with key constituencies
 
Late Fall 2008
  • Review with and seek approval of Board of Regents
