717 Delaware Street SE Renovation

The renovation of 717 Delaware Street SE provided 167,000 gsf for AHC programs. The remodel focused on building envelope and infrastrucutre, mechanical and electrical system repair/replacement, and building code improvements.

Ben Pomeroy Student-Alumni Learning Center

This project featured the renovation of a 1907 dairy barn on the St. Paul Campus, providing the College of Veterinary Medicine with much-needed classrooms, seminar space, offices, and conference rooms.

Cedar Creek Natural History Area: Science & Outreach/Housing

This project provided a new science and outreach center along with intern housing at the Cedar Creek Natural History Area.

Con-Agra Grain Elevator Demolition

The demolition of the Con-Agra Grain Elevators was a project that took place in preparation for the construction of the new TCF Stadium.

Education Sciences Building

A complete renovation of the historic Mineral Resources Research Center (MRRC), a 79-year-old building in the historic Knoll District of the Minneapolis Campus.

Equine Center

The 66,000 gross square foot Equine Center is a new, single story facility consisiting of a state of the art Lameness Research and Clinical Services area, Research Barn, and Indoor Riding Arena with attached Conference Center.

Folwell Hall Exterior Stabilization

This project addressed Folwell Hall's exterior building systems. The flat roof at the top of the building was replaced and the gutter was relined where the sloped clay roof meets the parapet wall to stop water leaks.

Mayo Auditorium and Classroom Renovation

A historically significant renovation was made to Mayo Memorial Auditorium, a 55 year old building at the heart of the Academic Health Center on the Minneapolis Campus.

Northrop Auditorium: Exterior Stabilization and Code Upgrade

This project addressed various life safety and building asset preservation issues, allowing Northrop to reclaim its rightful place as one of the University of Minnesota's great buildings.

Plant Growth East Addition: BL3 Containment Facility

This project was an expansion to the recently completed Plant Growth Facility East building, which houses the BL2 Insect Containment Facility.

Scholars Walk

The Scholars Walk is a 2,200 foot long pathway featuring bur oak trees, groves, plantings, benches, plaques and lighted monuments.

UM Morris: Morris Area Schools Joint Use Football Facility

The University of Minnesota-Morris Football Facility created a greatly improved facility for joint-use by the University of Minnesota-Morris and Morris Independent School District 769.
