Topsoil preparation and grading complete. Landscaping scheduled to begin in mid-May.

Nolte Garage pedestrian tunnel is complete, along with repair work on East stairs. Installation of handrails has concluded at East and North entries. Site restoration began with placement of topsoil. Sod and plant placement will wait until next Spring. No activity planned until April/May 2008.
October 2007
Terra cotta work was completed along with clay tile roofing. Installation of storm water piping for future connection to city infrastructure was also finalized . The Nolte Garage pedestrian tunnel is 99% complete. Repair work at east exterior stair is continuing, while north stair work is complete and open to pedestrian traffic. South and east side site restoration will continue into November and conclude before the end of the year.
July 2007
Installation of terra cotta pieces is approximately 50% complete. Clay tile roofing is concluding with more than 90% installed.
May 2007
Erection of attic steel is now complete. Spray insulation is underway in attic. Clay tile roof work continues on the roof, while brick tuckpointing continues on the North and East elevations.
February 2007
Brick tuckpointing continues on North and East elevations. Clay tile roof work is progressing, while Terra Cotta replacement pieces scheduled for April delivery. Erection of attic steel continues with concreate mechanical platform roughly 50% installed.
January 2007
Tuckpointing is complete on the south elevation, and has now begun on north elevation. Clay tile roof work and erection of attic steel is underway.
December 2006
Selective demolition of fourth floor interior walls complete. Erection of new steel columns has begun in same location. Tuckpointing on the south elevation continues. Excavation and waterproofing is progressing on the north foundation wall.
November 2006
Tuckpointing on the south elevation continues. On the north foundation wall, excavation and waterproofing is progressing. Demolition of chimneys is underway, along with selective demolition of fourth floor interior walls for new steel columns.

Crews have completed erection of scaffolding and begun tuckpointing on the south elevation. On the north foundation wall, they continue with excavation and waterproofing. Demolition of chimneys is now underway, along with selective demolition of fourth floor interior walls for new steel columns.
