East Canopy work is substantially complete. The monumental light fixtures for South plaza wing walls have been installed.

Installation of the new East Canopy is approaching completion. Fabricaion of new monumental light fixtures for south plaza wing walls continues (anticipate installation in April 2008).
October 2007
Exterior brick and stone tuckpointing is complete along with painting of the east canopy. Fabrication of new monumental light fixtures for south plaza wing walls continues. Window installation is underway with anticipated completion before the end of the year.
July 2007
Exterior work continues with painting of the metal window frames and east canopy. Crews have finalized joint staining on the chiller screen walls. In the upcoming month, wood double-hung window replacement and west canopy refurbishing will begin.
May 2007
Tuckpointing on the building exterior continues. The mobile crane, brought on-site to facilitate roofng work, is currently staged in the southeast corner of the project site. Relocation to the northeast corner is scheduled for June 13th following spring commencements. Flag poles have been removed and are currently scheduled to be reinstalled during July. Emergency and egress lighting continues inside the auditorium.
February 2007
Winter tuckpointing continues on the South and West brick faces. Review of stone patching techniques progressing with assistance from Conrad Schmidtt Studios.
January 2007
Winter tuckpointing of the building's South and West faces has begun. Review of stone patching techniques in underway to determine the best approach to solution. Design documents for interior code work were completed and issued for permit.
December 2006
Winter tuckpointing has been authorized for the South and West faces of the building above the roof line. Design documents for interior code work are scheduled for completion during early January.
