Consultant Proposal Forms
These Microsoft Word files contain the latest versions of the University of Minnesota consultant proposal forms. Consultants should always use these forms instead of (or in addition to) a "letterhead" proposal when submitting a proposal for any type of construction-related work at the University of Minnesota.
**Please download the appropriate file each time a proposal is prepared to assure you are using the current version of the form**

AIA - U of M Contracts
These AIA documents contain the standard AIA language, as modified by the University of Minnesota, for designer, consultant, construction manager, and design-builder contracts. The language in final project-specific contracts may vary.
