Best-Value Program

Performance Information Procurement System (PIPS)

CPPM is working to increase the level of efficiency in project management and construction. It has implemented a program to evaluate the impact of awarding projects based on value and not just on price. CPPM believes that construction results (on time completion, no change orders, high customer satisfaction) can be improved without having to spend more money if the focus is on value and contractor performance. We have a partnership with the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University to implement and track our best-value program. More information can be found at (www.pbsrg.com).

The projects listed on this page are only available to pre-qualified contractors that were successfully qualified from the following RFQ's: 584-08-1201, 760-08-1201, 444-08-1300, 760-08-1119 and 760-07-0706.
