The Unifier Overview curriculum offers a first look into the Unifier user interface. Unifier is a system for managing the flow of information in projects, providing a seamlessly automated and integrated environment across the lifecycle of your company's facilities, from planning, design, procurement, construction, and into operations and maintenance.
This class is an introduction to the uMail and Action Item business process in Unifier. The participant is given an overview of techniques and best practices in using the uMail and the Action Item business process.
This training is an overview of the PMIS Unifier's uMail, User Define Reports and Dashboard function. The objective fo the overview is to give an introduction to the navigation skill sets used to retrieve status information and reports from both the company and project level.
*The Executive-Unifier Overview is slated for members of CPPM Leadership, Executive Teams and/or there Administrative Assistant.

A Purchase Order (PO) is a commercial document issued by a buyer to a seller, indicating the type, quantities and agreed prices for products or services that the seller will provide to the buyer.
This class is an introduction to the Plan Review business process in Unifier. The participant is given an overview of how to create a Plan Review, distribute documents, collaborate and add/manage comments to drawings.
This class is an introduction to the uMail business process in Unifier. The participant is given an overview of the uMail user interface and introduced to the functions and best practices of using this communication tool within the project PMIS.
This class is an introduction to the Unifier Document Management System in Unifier. The Participant is given an overview in managing and manipulating the DMS, downloading/uploading documents and setting/view folder permissions.
Participants are introduced to Unifier's Project Cost Sheet functions, formulas and relationship to Unifier's cost type business processes.
Capital Planning | Project Management staff only. Participants are incouraged to bring their projects and related Unifier questions to the workshop and partner with Unifier administrator to complete task and increase competencies.
Review of the business processes and procedures to set up and initiate a CPPM project in Unifier.
A comprehensive overview of Unifier and PMIS processes to implement the Progress Update BP. Unifier's Progress Update BP provides an interface for organizing and disseminating basic project information, project phase changes and project status.
Unifier is a purpose-built platform that manages and organizes project management information. The platform encourages disciplined processes and better performance management as well as saves time and effort of project manager organization. Unifier improves collaboration, minimizes claims, establishes benchmarks, and reduces change orders.
