St. Paul
A new James Ford Bell Museum and Planetarium facility at the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue West and Cleveland Avenue North, on the St. Paul campus. The proposed facility will enhance the state’s reputation for innovative research, education, and public engagement focused on Minnesota’s natural environments. The project includes a new planetarium, permanent and traveling exhibits, classrooms, an interactive “Discovery” Area(s), relocation of the existing historic “Jaques Dioramas”, enhanced interactive exhibit design, and select outdoor exhibit areas.
