Recreation and Wellness Sports Field Complex

Twin Cities

This project will reconstruct 5,600 sq ft of Recreation and Wellness office and support buildings while repurposing the existing sports dome.

Located in Willmar, Minnesota, this project encompasses 11,900 gross square feet including the renovation of the existing facility and an 8,235 square foot addition of laboratory and office space.

UMD Dining Center

Renovation of the facility included the demolition of the entire 3rd floor, as well as the installation of a new HVAC, fire alarm system, and plumbing system.

Bee Discovery Center

The new facility is planned for the Red Barn area on the east side of the Arboretum, and will be used to connect U of M Honeybee Research with a public educational space.
